Tax Refund Late, 2015 - IRS Says it could be Delayed a Couple of Weeks

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — As much as people may hate paying taxes, they do love their refunds.
Normally, the IRS cuts its refunds checks pretty quickly. But this year, because of budget cuts, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen has warned that there could be a delay in issuing them.
People who file paper tax returns could wait an extra week for their refund — “or possibly longer,” wrote IRS Commissioner John Koskinen in a memo to employees Tuesday. And filers with errors or questions that require additional review will also face delays.
Last month, Congress approved a $10.9 billion budget for the IRS for fiscal year 2015, which ends in June. That’s the lowest level of funding since 2008, Koskinen said.

Koskinen said the budget cuts would result in several other changes at the agency, including:
Fewer audits. Due to cuts in enforcement staff, collection efforts for individuals and businesses will be reduced.
Hiring freeze. The freeze, plus normal attrition rates, will result in 3,000 to 4,000 fewer full-time employees at the agency by the end of June. Including the headcount losses incurred since 2010, that means the agency’s full-time staff will be reduced by as many as 17,000 employees over the course of five years.
Less taxpayer help. Cuts in overtime and temporary staff hours will not only delay refunds, but hurt correspondence with taxpayers as well. Koskinen said it’s likely that fewer than half the taxpayers that call the agency will be able to get through.
A possible two-day shutdown after tax season. To minimize disruptions, Koskinen said a temporary shutdown, if needed, would likely occur closer to June. But, he added, the agency will do what it can to avoid this option, which he called a “last resort.”
Delays in IT investments. Among the delays, will be technologies that offer new taxpayer protections against identity theft.

under60000miles.com / Review / Outstanding Customer Service

My wife and I were shopping for a mini van. We went to every major car dealer in St.Pete.  Dayton Andrews, Crown, Maher Chevrolet, and Park Auto Mall.  Everything was over priced.  The worst dealer ship was Dayton Andrews.  We found a 2006 Dodge Mini van with 34,000 miles for $10,800. When we went to look at it, it was sold. But they had 2005 Dodge mini van with 47,000 miles for $10,400. they also had a big sign that said Drive/ Push or tow any vehicle trade-in for $3,000. which is a Big Lie. They only wanted to give me $1,200. for my 1998 Toyota with only 90,000 miles. They also treated us with no respect. The sales person was very rude and was standing firm on the $10,400. price. Plus they wanted to charge a $650 dealers fee.

Luckily a  good friend of mine told me about www.under60000miles.com which is located 6190 54th Ave North, St Petersburg, FL 33709.  Robert is the owner and is a person who is vary honest.  My wife and I are so happy we came across his dealership. All the vehicles on his lot are under 60,000 miles and are in outstanding shape.  He gave us the deal of a lifetime.  Not even the big dealerships can beat his prices.  Robert also does not charge a dealers fee. Yep, "No dealers Fee". Not only is he a really nice guy, but he is funny too. He had me and my wife cracking up laughing.  He made buying a car a fun experience.

Robert sold us an 2005 Chevy Uplander Mini van in mint condition / supper clean / 51,000 miles / 1 owner / clean carfax for $7,800. out the door.

You herd the saying "A Happy Wife = A Happy Life" My wife is super happy with her new mini van.  Which makes my life very peacefully. So, I would like to say "Thank you Robert" for hooking it up with a great deal on a nice reliable vehicle.

So, if you are looking for a good reliable vehicle that is under 60,000 mile. You will find the best deals at www.under60000miles.com

Jesus VS. Muhammad

Jesus, a servant, never fought in battle, never killed a guy! Not only did Muhammad do so, but he actually felt that it was his divine calling to KILL non-Muslims and MURDER people who insulted him!”
This is the one, folks. This is the video that’s literally resulted in an official fatwa and literally thousands of threats on my life and that of my family.

Here is a telling Jesus vs Muhammad comparison. While it would be simpler to declare that there is no comparison between Jesus and Muhammad, in many ways, as shown below, Jesus was the antithesis of Muhammad, or Muhammad the antithesis of Jesus. (The evidences for Jesus' and Muhammad's columns are footnoted below and linked, respectively.)

     JESUS                                                                               MUHAMMAD
Jesus’ name means God is Savior, Immanuel-God with us as our Savior.Mohammed's name means praised one
Born about 4 BC. in Bethlehem Born of the Virgin Mary Isa.7:14 had no earthly father, Mt.1but conceived of the Holy Spirit.Born of Aminah In 570 A.D. in Mecca
Raised by Mary His mother and Joseph, His adopted father .Raised by his mother, Halima the nurse, then his uncle and grandfather
Prophesied by more than 300 scriptures for his first coming, fulfilled them all including Deut.18:15.Muslims believe Mohammed is prophesied as the Comforter. And the prophet of Deut.18:15
Labored as a carpenter like his stepfather in NazarethHis father was named Abd Allah after Allah. Started as a shepherd then became a camel-caravan leader
Spoke in Hebrew, Aramaic, and probably GreekSpoke only Arabic, Muslims say he was illiterate
Was literate, but wrote no books. He directly commissioned his dedicated followers  to write and preach His message. The Holy Spirit inspired them. Was literate;  an angel called Gabriel delivered the message. Wrote the Quran or as some say others heard his sayings and wrote them down as well.
Attracted multitudes by His teaching of God affirming the OT. Taught openly to multitudes as one having authorityAttracted multitudes by his teaching and by the sword forcefully overthrowing the worship of multiple Gods.
Miracles and healing’s were given freely, he healed all kinds of diseases. The Koran is his miracle. Did no miracles of healing or delivering people from demons.
Moved to Capernaum because of rejection by His townspeople and brothers and sistersHad to move to Medina because of rejection by his townspeople
Was never married nor lusted for a womanMarried to at least fifteen wives one of which was only 9 years old at the time.
Lived a sinless life, never once prayed for forgiveness like other sinners, he forgave others.Prayed often for forgiveness of his sins as did all the prophets in the Old Testament and New Testament .
Waged no war, said his kingdom was not of this world so his followers should not fight. Jesus said those who live by the sword will die by the sword. Mohammed was a warrior who waged war numerous holy wars (Jihad) against infidels and pagans. Fighting or leading in sixty-six battles to spread his message of monotheism
Ordered the death of no one but instead died in place of the guilty murderer and all who have sinned.Ordered the death of many men and women (the first was a poetess) to promote the message of monotheism among the pagans.
Established a religion of truth, mercy and love even for enemies, invites all to come to Him.Established a monotheistic belief system, an earthly empire teaching all must obey the teachings of the Koran.
Established a relationship with God and a spiritual kingdom not of this world that will last forever with him as the ruler.Established a religion of God being compassionate and merciful  to the obedient but there are no guarantees for anyone.
Died by crucifixion in place of others in Jerusalem at age 33 being totally innocent of any crime.Died in Medina due to effects of pneumonia at age 62
Arose from the dead the third day just like he predicted, emptying His tomb, promises to raise everyone else and judge them.Still lingers in his grave awaiting the Day of Judgment by Jesus.
The Bible inspires people to seek peace and the Gospel is called the Gospel of peace. The God of the Bible offers His love gives us a choice to choose. He does not want anyone to perish in their sins. The Qu'ran condones fighting for God and the cause of Islam when necessary.  It promotes genocide death to infidels and pagans and those who do not accept Islam when it is offered.
Jesus is mentioned in the Quran 97 timesMohammed is mentioned in the Qu'ran 25 times
Jesus is mentioned hundreds of times in the BibleMohammed is mentioned not once in the Bible
Jesus is called a prophet, priest and King (king of all Kings)Mohammed is called an apostle in the Qu'ran and a prophet in Islam
Old Testament predicts His 2nd coming in more Scriptures than his first, which are 600 detailed accounts.Mohammed had only one self fulfilling prophecy, nothing in the Old Testament predicted his coming.
Over 1,500,000,000 claim to be His followers are known for their dedication, love, and caring for others. Building hospitals feeding the poor and helping to educate people all over the world showing the compassion of the God they serve.1 billion are followers who are dedicated, zealous and still use force if necessary against non Muslims in their land where Islam is the countries religion.
Christ prophesied of the end of the age and what it would be like when He comes again. He will save Israel from her enemies. The Old and  New Testament prophecies will be fulfilled by his 2nd coming.There is no teaching on Mohammed coming back again to rule or reign. Islam actually teaches Christ is coming back.

Judge Says Facebook Must Face Class Action Lawsuit Over Message Scanning

58.si
Facebook must face a class action lawsuit filed in California claiming the social networking site sifted through users’ private messages for targeted advertising purposes, violating both federal and state law.
Lead plaintiff Matthew Campbell and two others sued Facebook in December 2013, alleging the company scanned user messages for web links, translating them to “likes” on the user’s Facebook profile. Data lifted from the private messages was then used for targeted advertising, the plaintiffs claimed.
“Facebook’s practice of scanning the content of these messages violates the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA also referred to as the Wiretap Act), as well as California’s Invasion of Privacy Act (CIPA), and section 17200 of California’s Business and Professions Code,” the plaintiffs said.
On Tuesday, US District Judge Phyllis Hamilton denied Facebook’s motion to dismiss the ECPA and CIPA section 631 claims, while granting dismissal of claims pertaining to section 632 of the CIPA and section 17200 of the CaliforniaBusiness & Professions Code, according to Tech Times.
Facebook “has not offered a sufficient explanation of how the challenged practice falls within the ordinary course of itsbusiness,” Judge Hamilton said.
The court said Facebook’s terms of service is too vague to surmise whether users ultimately consented to the company’s scan of their private messages for advertising uses.
Plaintiffs said they have a reasonable expectation of privacy within their user-to-user messaging.
Though it said it stopped the practice in question in late 2012, Facebook said in an October motion hearing, accordingto Courthouse News, that it has the right to analyze user messages, as it still does to some degree protect against viruses and helps filter out spam.
“The fact that Facebook can configure its code to scan message content for certain purposes, but not for others, leaves open the possibility that the challenged practice constitutes a separate ‘interception,’” Judge Hamilton wrote on Tuesday.
“Facebook moves to strike plaintiffs’ request for injunctive relief, arguing that it ceased the challenged practice ‘nearly two years ago,‘” Hamilton wrote. “However, plaintiffs have adequately alleged that there is a ‘sufficient likelihood’ that Facebook could resume the practice, so the court denies Facebook’s request to strike the injunctive relief at this time.”
Neither Facebook nor attorneys for the plaintiffs responded to Reuters’ immediate request for comment.
In addition to Facebook, Yahoo! and Earthlink have faced similar lawsuits. Google’s Gmail is currently appealing accusations that it violated the Wiretap Act as it scanned Gmail messages for targeted-ad purposes.
Meanwhile, in Europe, Facebook is fighting off a class action lawsuit filed in August, which claims Facebook violated users’ privacy by cooperating with the National Security Agency’s PRISM surveillance program.
