City of St. Petersburg Employee Discrimination Against a US Marine.

City Dump
1000 62nd Ave.NE

I was Racial Discriminated from a St. Petersburg city Employee.
Today  at  5pm on 2/4/2013 I did a favor for a friend who lives is Shore Acers (NE St.Pete). They had a lemon tree that need to be hauled to the dump. I have a truck so I said I could help. After overloading my truck and driving though the back roads on shore acers at 5mph with the flashers on. I arrived at the dump located at 1000 62nd Ave.NE. When I arrived at the dump I was asked for my ID. The guy who was African American looked at my ID and asked where I was coming from. I told him Shore Acers, He then told me I could not dump there because my address on my drivers license was outside the city limit  I explained that I was helping a friend who lives is Shore Acers. He then told me that I need my friend to drive to the dump to show there drivers licensethat proves that the brush was from Shore Acers.

While I was on the phone trying to contact my friend. I saw 3 African American people dump there. All 3 vehicles were chimerical vehicles. One was a dumping company and the other two were lawn service companies. The city worker just waved them through. Didn't even check there ID. After seeing that he ID me and Not them. I was mad. Not to mention the city employee was vary rude.

The time is now 5pm and My friend would not answer there phone. I pleaded with the guy that it was unsafe for me to drive away with the debre on the back of my truck. I explained that it was from shore acres and I was not doing it for business. I was only helping a friend. I even told the guy I could leave my ID  go get my friend and return to prove I was telling the truth. I even gave him my US Marine Corps Word, that I was telling the truth.

The time is now 5:10pm.  the guy told me, this is a warning, not to dump there again and let me unload my truck. After unloading my truck, he made me put all the brush on top of the big pile of brush. Not to mention the last 3 people just puled up,  dumped there brush and drove off with out being ID. Why was I singled out?

I would not be filing this complaint if I saw the city worker ID the past 3 drivers. I strongly feel if I was Afirican American. He would not of ID me and I would not of had this headache.

Rules are rules and should be enforced to everybody, not just certain people.
If people need to show ID to dump, then everybody needs to show ID.
I am going to use the power of Google to tell the world about the city worker of St. Petersburg who showed racial discrimination to a US Marine.

By the way. when I asked for his name. He refused to give it to me.
