I have had the IRIS security system form lows for a couple of years now. I was forced to up grade to the new hub. You know that saying. "If it is not broken, do not touch it." But I was forced to upgrade due to IRIS was not going to support the old system after June 30th 2016.
First It took about 3 hrs to get to work. The customer service was even not able to help. There excuse was that there systems were down. which could explain my difficulty on setting up. However I was able to migrate over to the new hub.
I am not too happy with he new look, plus thew did away with the IRIS web browser. I can no longer monitor the iris hub through the internet. It only works with a smart device. Android or Apple. there is no Windows app.
