HHgregg Warranty Sucks

After spending $3000.00 on all new appliances back in 2011, I am finding out that the warranty is worthless. So far, the drawers in my fridge broke and there is a small crack in my stove (Glass top). HHgregg warranty will not cover either issue. They said that it is a cosmetic problem not a function problem. My wife is supper pissed at HHgregg. Knowing that we spent around $500 for the warranty on all our appliances. So if you are making a large purchase or plan to buy appliances from HHgregg. "Buyer be ware." The warranty is a Joke. If you do have a warranty with HHgreg, there customer service is 1-877-456-9643 There automated system is horrible, it takes for ever to speak with anybody. 7/1/13, Now my Whirlpool dishwasher broke.  It will not turn on. I called HHgregg warranty company. Filed a claim and they refereed me to a company called APSCO. Well I called APSCO in Largo FL. They were rude and refused to do any warranty work for HHgregg. I was pissed. APSCO review, Bad  and rude. Beware of APSCO Bad customer service. APSCO you suck....

The extended warranty finally paid off. My dishwasher was to expensive to repair, So, HHgregg gave me an in store credit for what I paid for it. However it has been 3 weeks and I still don't have a dishwasher.  When I went to get a new dishwasher I was stuck ordering a lower grade Frigidaire  dishwasher because that was the only machine within the price line of my in store credit.  Now I need to wait another week, because it was not in stock.  I am also out of pocket $100. to purchase a new 5 year warranty.

While I was looking for a new dishwasher. the sales person gave me some information that I was not aware of. HHgregg is so cheap because they buy manufactured re-furnished  products.  Then they claim to pass the savings onto the customer.I was not happy. That explains why my dishwasher only lasted 1 1/2 years.
